Lifting & Installation Procedure – PERI Trio Panel (Lifting Clamps Method)

Use minimum 2 PERI lifting clamps, rated ≥1.5t each – check before use.

Position clamps evenly and ensure they are fully secured.

Use 2 legs of a 4-leg chain, unused legs must be back hooked.

Keep included angle <90°, with hooks facing outward.

Perform a trial lift (150mm) to check for balance and adjust if needed.

Use tag lines to control load during aerial movement.

Land on firm, level ground and only release tackle once secure.

Inspect clamps and chains before each lift for damage or wear.

Establish exclusion zone – only lift team in the area.

Always check for loose debris on or around the load.

Keep clear communication with all lift team members.

Protect lifting gear from sharp edges.

Do not lift damaged panels or panels with missing parts.
