Lifting & Installation Procedure – PERI Trio Panel (Lifting Clamps Method)

  • Use minimum 2 PERI lifting clamps, rated ≥1.5t each – check before use.

  • Position clamps evenly and ensure they are fully secured.

  • Use 2 legs of a 4-leg chain, unused legs must be back hooked.

  • Keep included angle <90°, with hooks facing outward.

  • Perform a trial lift (150mm) to check for balance and adjust if needed.

  • Use tag lines to control load during aerial movement.

  • Land on firm, level ground and only release tackle once secure.

Safety Tips & Best Practices

  • Inspect clamps and chains before each lift for damage or wear.

  • Establish exclusion zone – only lift team in the area.

  • Always check for loose debris on or around the load.

  • Keep clear communication with all lift team members.

  • Protect lifting gear from sharp edges.

  • Do not lift damaged panels or panels with missing parts.

  • Contact the AP if unsure about correct slinging method.
