– Secure unused legs to the master ring. -
Test lift for balance
– Lift the skip slightly to check chain tension and load balance.
– Adjust if uneven before continuing. -
Lift and move carefully
– Use tag lines to control swing.
– Keep personnel clear of the load and travel path. -
Tip safely and lower
– Never stand close while tipping.
– Use the dog bone or proper release system, and ensure the landing area is clear.
